Dar-ul-Ifta Al-Hikmah is an online Dar-ul-Ifta supervised by Dr Mufti Abu Tayyab Luqman, issuing referenced fatwas on the Qur'an and Sunnah for Muslims around the world. This question-and-answer service has been ongoing since the completion of his Dars-e-Nizami; its formal series began in 2023, and this website is its permanent library, where the fatwas are preserved date-wise and topic-wise.

He is the author of seven research papers published in international journals and a peer reviewer for the Indonesian Journal for Islamic Studies (2026). He holds the honour of winning the international online competition on Sahih al-Bukhari's Kitab al-Riqaq, taking first position among participants from eight countries. He writes a regular blog series on Maqasid al-Shariah for the Maqasid Institute, USA.
